The firmware of my device is not updating
Follow this guide if the firmware of your Omlet device is not updating.
Step 1: Install the Omlet app

If you have already installed the Omlet app. Ensure you have updated the app to the latest version. |
Step 2: Follow the 'How to add a device to the Omlet App' guide
Step 3: Check your power settings
If you are using batteries: - In notifications only mode, the device will only check in with our server twice a day. - In notifications + control mode, the device will check in with our server every 10 minutes. |
Step 4: Wake the device up
Manually wake up the device and ensure it is correctly connected to the Omlet app.
Step 5: Press the 'Update firmware' button in the Omlet app
Step 6: Check the firmware has updated
Wait 20 minutes to let the firmware update. After this, check if the firmware has successfully updated.
Step 7: Contact customer services
If your firmware still has not updated, contact for further assistance here.
