My Control Panel has a blank screen, what should I do?
If you are using batteries, please try using a fresh set of new quality batteries or alternatively, you can try using the adaptor instead. Make sure that you remove the batteries before using the adaptor.
If you are using the adaptor, please try inputting batteries instead. Make sure that you remove the adaptor as a power source.
Once you have changed the power source, press the Reset button for at least 5 seconds to see if the screen wakes up again. The Reset button can be found near the battery compartment in the Control Panel:
