My Autodoor settings aren't saving

Step 1: Is your firmware up-to-date?

There are two ways to check your firmware version. Either by using the control panel or using the Omlet App, if your Autodoor is connected to the Wi-Fi.

Step 2: Using the control panel

When using the control panel, ensure you are pressing the control panel until the settings are saved.

Step 3: Using the Omlet app

• Ensure your Autodoor is in the correct power mode

Notifications only: The Autodoor will only check for new settings twice a day.

Notifications + control: The Autodoor will check for commands and new settings every 10 minutes.

These settings are only available when using batteries, with the power adaptor the Autodoor will check almost instantly for new settings and commands.

Step 4: Does the control panel power off?
