How to check if the Wi-Fi password is wrong or Wi-Fi is disabled on your control panel

Scroll down to Wi-Fi option on the control panel.

• If Wi-Fi has not been enabled, it will display “Disabled.”

• If Wi-Fi has been enabled but cannot connect, it will display “Failed.”

           In this case, we recommend checking whether someone in your household has changed the Wi-Fi password for your router.
