Wiring Fault Troubleshooting
Follow the guide below to troubleshoot the 'Wiring Fault' error message. If you have a non-smart automatic door, you can skip step 1.
Step 1: Is your firmware up-to-date?
There are two ways to check your firmware version. Either by using the control panel or using the Omlet App, if your Autodoor is connected to the Wi-Fi.
Step 2: Clean the Autodoor
Step 3: Check the wiring of the Autodoor
Step 4: Check the control panel for damage
Step 5: Check the connectors of the control panel
Step 6: Check the motor of the Autodoor
Step 7: Ensure you are using compatible batteries
Step 8: Follow the Power Fault troubleshooting steps
