The buttons of my Autodoor control panel are unresponsive
If your control panel buttons are not responding to any input, follow this guide. You can skip step 1 and 2 if you have a non-smart Autodoor.
Step 1: Is your firmware up-to-date?
There are two ways to check your firmware version. Either by using the control panel or using the Omlet App, if your Autodoor is connected to the Wi-Fi.
Step 2: Restart the control panel
Step 3: Test the buttons of the control panel
Step 4: Check the control panel
Step 5: Check the Autodoor wiring
Step 6: Replace the control panel
If the control panel is not responding to commands, we recommend replacing the control panel. You can find a replacement control panel as well as other spare parts here.
