If it’s dark, but the Autodoor hasn’t closed yet, can I close it manually?

Yes, you can manually close the door.

Please note

If the Autodoor is in Light mode, and it is still light outside, the door will automatically reopen after 15 minutes.

In Time mode, the door will stay closed until the next open time.
