My Autodoor won't stay connected to Wi-Fi
Follow the guide below if your Autodoor unexpectedly loses connection from Wi-Fi.
Step 1: Restart the control panel
Step 2: Is your firmware up-to-date?
There are two ways to check your firmware version. Either by using the control panel or using the Omlet App, if your Autodoor is connected to the Wi-Fi.
Step 3: Check your Wi-Fi strength
If your Wi-Fi strength is under 30% or jump/drops more than 10% in a short period of time, your Wi-Fi strength is not strong enough to maintain a stable connection.
To improve the connection, we recommend either moving the door closer to your router or installing a Wi-Fi extender. If neither of these options work for you, we recommend disabling the Wi-Fi.
Step 4 : Turn off Wi-Fi
Step 5: Check the antenna of the control panel
