I am unable to see my Coop Light in the Omlet App

Follow the steps below if you cannot see your Coop Light in the Omlet App.

Step 1: Is your firmware up-to-date?

There are two ways to check your firmware version. Either by using the control panel or using the Omlet App, if your Autodoor is connected to the Wi-Fi.

Step 2: Click 'Detect Light' in the Omlet App

Step 3: Does the Coop Light manually turn on/off?

Step 4: Check the Coop Light is plugged in

Step 5: Check the connectors in the control panel

Step 6: Ensure you are using compatible batteries

Step 7: Replace the Coop Light

If your Coop Light still is not visible in the app or is not turning on manually, it might be faulty. You can purchase a replacement Coop Light here.
