My Autodoor is not turning on
Is your Autodoor not powering on? Follow the steps down below:
Step 1: Are you using batteries or the adaptor?
- Batteries → Skip steps 5, 6 & 7
- Adaptor → Skip steps 2 & 3
Step 2: Disconnect the batteries
Take the batteries out of the control panel and try using new batteries.
Step 3: Ensure you are using the correct batteries
Step 4: Try using the adaptor
Does the door work with the adaptor? If so, try using new batteries.
Step 5: Disconnect the adaptor
Unplug the control panel and plug it back in. If that did not work, try plugging it into a different plug.
Step 6: Check the connectors of the control panel
Step 7: Try using batteries
Does the control panel work with batteries? If so, try replacing the adaptor.
Step 8: Check the control panel for damage
Step 9: Replace the control panel
Does the control panel still not turn on, or is there visible damage to the control panel? In that case, we recommend replacing the control panel.
