My Coop Light won't turn off/on

Follow the steps if your Coop Light is unable to turn on or off. If you have a non-smart Autodoor, start with step 2.

Step 1: Is your firmware up-to-date?

There are two ways to check your firmware version. Either by using the control panel or using the Omlet App, if your Autodoor is connected to the Wi-Fi.

Step 2: Does the Coop Light manually turn on/off?

Step 3: Ensure the Coop Light has been programmed correctly

Step 4: Check the Coop Light is plugged in

Step 5: Check the connectors in the control panel

Step 6: Ensure you are using compatible batteries

Step 7: Replace the Coop Light

If your Coop Light is still not turning on/off, it might be faulty. You can purchase a replacement Coop Light here.
