My control panel resets when trying to open/close the Autodoor

Follow the guide below if your control panel resets when trying to open/close the Autodoor. If you have a non-smart Autodoor, skip step 1.

Step 1: Is your firmware up-to-date?

There are two ways to check your firmware version. Either by using the control panel or using the Omlet App, if your Autodoor is connected to the Wi-Fi.

Step 7: Check the wires of the Autodoor

Ensure the wires have not disconnected or unplugged.

Step 8: Replace the necessary parts
