Door Blocked Troubleshooting
The steps below will guide you through the troubleshooting for a persistent 'Door Blocked' error message.
If you have a non-smart Autodoor, you can start at step 2.
Step 1: Is your firmware up-to-date?
There are two ways to check your firmware version. Either by using the control panel or using the Omlet App, if your Autodoor is connected to the Wi-Fi.
Step 2: Inspect the Autodoor
Ensure nothing is blocking the door.
Step 3: Clean the Autodoor
Step 4: Check the roosting rack position
Step 5: Recalibrate your Autodoor
Step 6: Perform a factory reset
Step 7: Check the Autodoor hasn't warped
Step 8: Check the motor of the Autodoor
Step 9: Check the Gear Stay of the motor
Step 10: Check the rail of the Autodoor
Step 11: Check the connectors of the control panel
Step 12: Check the wires of the Autodoor
Ensure the wires have not disconnected or unplugged.
Step 13: Check the crush sensors of the Autodoor
Step 14: Check the control panel
Step 15: Ensure you are using the correct batteries
Step 16: Replace the necessary parts
