Crush Detected Troubleshooting
This guide will take you through the troubleshooting steps for a persistent 'Crush Detected' error message.
If you have a non-smart Autodoor, you can skip step 2.
Step 1: Understanding the error message
Step 2: Is your firmware up-to-date?
There are two ways to check your firmware version. Either by using the control panel or using the Omlet App, if your Autodoor is connected to the Wi-Fi.
Step 3: Clean the Autodoor
Step 4: Recalibrate your Autodoor
Step 5: Check the fail-safe screws
Step 6: Check the crush sensors of the Autodoor
Step 7: Replace the crush sensors
