The feed level on my Smart Chicken Feeder looks different to the feed level on my app

The window on the Smart Chicken Feeder provides a quick visual indication for the feed level, however, we use a sensor to determine the feed level that is displayed in the app. Use the level shown in the app for a more accurate reading.
