My Smart Chicken Feeder is stuck in manual mode, what can I do?

To exit manual mode, please press the button on your feeder 3 times. You should see 5 white flashes. After a temporary override mode that lasts 10 minutes expires, your feeder should return to the default light mode, or time mode if you have this up in the Omlet app.

If you believe that your door is still stuck in manual mode, please use the troubleshooting steps to determine what the current status of your feeder is.

You will need to press the button on the feeder 5 times, there will be 5 flashes of light. Please record what colour each flash says and then refer to the photo below to determine your current mode, if there is any fault present, what your battery life is, and then your connectivity.

If you are unable to further troubleshoot after these diagnostics, please get in touch with our customer service team and state the 5 flashes to them alongside the description of what seems to be occurring with your feeder.
