Can my chickens get trapped in a feeding port that’s closing on the Smart Chicken Feeder?

If the doors to the ports detect a blockage while attempting to close, they will stop and gently re-open again. You can try again by pressing the control button, or else the feeder will automatically try to close again in 5 minutes.

If you have connected your Smart Feeder to the Omlet App, you will also see a "Doors blocked" message like the image below. If you're not connected, a triple red flash will indicate the problem.
