How do I keep their water from freezing?

To prevent the water from freezing, we recommend checking the water twice a day and bringing the water container indoors overnight if needed.

Some customers have more than one set of the drinkers for this reason.

You might also consider using a small bird bath heater in the water container to help keep it from freezing. You can also use a heat mat that can sit under the water container to keep it slightly above freezing temperatures.
