My Autodoor is not opening/closing as expected in light mode

Read the article below if your Autodoor not opening/closing as expected in light mode. If you have a non-smart Autodoor, skip step 1.

Step 1: Is your firmware up-to-date?

There are two ways to check your firmware version. Either by using the control panel or using the Omlet App.

Step 3: What is light level?

• What does light level mean?

Step 4: Did you wait 15 minutes after the door hit the set opening or closing light level?

• Understanding the 15-minute delay to establish the light level is correct

Step 5: Does the light sensor register the correct light level?

• Does the light sensor respond to changes in light level?

Step 6: Replace the control panel

If the light sensor does not respond to changes in light level, you might need a new control panel. You can purchase a replacement control panel here.
