The Omlet app and my control panel are displaying different error messages

Are your control panel and Omlet app displaying conflicting error messages? Follow the steps down below.

Step 1: Is your firmware up-to-date?

There are two ways to check your firmware version. Either by using the control panel or using the Omlet App, if your Autodoor is connected to the Wi-Fi.


 If you have already installed the Omlet app. Ensure you have updated the app to the latest version.
