The control panel of my Autodoor is unresponsive but the screen is lit up

Follow these steps if the screen of your control panel is lit up, but is not responding to any input.

Step 1: Restart the control panel

Step 2: Is the temperature below -10C or 14°F?

Try bringing the control panel inside to warm up the batteries.

Cold weather can negatively impact your battery life.

Then try restarting the control panel again.
