Power Fault troubleshooting

Follow the steps below to troubleshoot the 'Power Fault' error message.

Step 1: Is your firmware up-to-date?

There are two ways to check your firmware version. Either by using the control panel or using the Omlet App, if your Autodoor is connected to the Wi-Fi.

Step 2: Are you using batteries or the adaptor?

  • Batteries → Follow steps 3, 4 & 7
  • Adaptor → Follow steps 5, 6 & 7

Step 3: Ensure you are using the correct batteries

Step 4: Try using the adaptor

Does the door work with the adaptor? If so, try using new batteries.

Step 5: Check the connectors of the control panel

Step 6: Try using batteries

Does the control panel work with batteries? If so, try replacing the adaptor.

Step 7: Replace the control panel

Does the power fault persist? In that case, you will have to replace the control panel.
