My Autodoor won't open or close when scheduled

Is your Autodoor not opening or closing as scheduled, then follow the steps down below.

Step 1: Is your firmware up-to-date?

There are two ways to check your firmware version. Either by using the control panel or using the Omlet App, if your Autodoor is connected to the Wi-Fi.

Step 2: Are you using light mode?

In this mode, there is a 15-minute built-in delay:

Step 3: Are you using time mode?

Ensure your timezone is correct:

It could be that your timezone has not correctly registered with our server. To resolve this, change your timezone to a completely different one. Once you have done this, select the correct time zone once again.This will prompt our server to register the correct timezone.

Step 4: Check for error messages
