My Autodoor does not open/close when I ask it to in the Omlet app
If your Autodoor is not responding to commands from the Omlet app, follow these steps.
Step 1: Update the Omlet App
Check the App store or Google Play Store to ensure you have installed the latest version.
Step 2: Is your firmware up-to-date?
There are two ways to check your firmware version. Either by using the control panel or using the Omlet App, if your Autodoor is connected to the Wi-Fi.
Step 3: Check your power mode setting
If you want to control the Autodoor from the app, please ensure you have selected the 'notifications + control' mode. In this mode, the Autodoor will check for new commands from the app every 10 minutes.
Step 4: Check your Autodoor is online
If your Autodoor is offline, reconnect your door.
Step 5: Can you manually open the Autodoor?
Step 6: Check for error messages
