Light sensor not reading the correct values

The steps below are for our smart Autodoors. If you have a non-smart Autodoor, you will need to replace the control panel to resolve this issue.

Step 1: Is your firmware up-to-date?

There are two ways to check your firmware version. Either by using the control panel or using the Omlet App, if your Autodoor is connected to the Wi-Fi.

Step 2: Clean the light sensor

Step 3: Recalibrate the light sensor

Step 4: Replace the control panel

If the light sensor is still not displaying the correct light level, we recommend replacing the control panel. You can find all our available spares here.
