I am not receiving notifications from the Omlet App

If you are not receiving notifications from the Omlet App for your smart devices, follow the steps below

Step 1: Ensure you have updated the Omlet App

Step 2: Check your device is online

If your device is offline, you will not be receiving notifications about the activity of the device.

Step 3: Is your firmware up-to-date?

There are two ways to check your firmware version. Either by using the control panel or using the Omlet App.

Step 4: Ensure you have enabled notifications

Step 5: Check events are updating in the Omlet App

Step 6: Contact customer service
