Can I schedule a specific delivery date?

Yes, if you require your order to be delivered on a certain date, you can reach out via our Customer Service Support page, and our team can then postpone the dispatch of your order.


Please note we can only do this if the order has not already been processed to the stage of dispatch from the warehouse. 


Alternatively, once your order has been dispatched you should receive a link via email from the courier service. If you are unable to receive your delivery on the day, you can use this to reschedule it directly with the courier.
