Why is my Autodoor not opening/closing when I want it to in "Light mode"?

To prevent the door from opening or closing unintentionally in response to torches, headlights, security lights or shadows and so on, the light level detected must remain above/below the level set for opening/closing for 15 minutes before the door will open/close. These 15 minutes are a built-in delay and cannot be changed. Any additional delays that you program, will be added on top of this 15-minute built-in delay.

You may notice in the Omlet App that the current light level reading is reported at a level higher/lower than the level set to open/close the door, but the door is still closed/open. This is completely normal. Wait for 15 minutes, and you should see that the door has opened/closed within that time.

If you would like the door to open a bit earlier or close a bit later, you can try to lower the opening light levels a little or put the closing light level a bit higher. Please just always ensure that the level for closing is lower than the level for opening.
