How do I return my order?

You have 180 days to return your order, should you not be completely satisfied with it or you change your mind. 

If you have decided to return your Omlet order, you can use our Returns portal. Here you can follow the steps to advise which product from your order you would like to return and specify a collection date or request a return label. 

Alternatively, you can contact our Customer Service team via our Support page, and they can make the arrangements for you.
