Is my payment via your website secure?
The Omlet online store uses the very latest encryption technology (SSL) to ensure that your transactions with us are private and protected as they travel across the internet. When you proceed to make your purchase, your browser makes a connection to the secure section of our website. Your browser will show a padlock in the bottom right corner to indicate that it has made a secure connection and depending on your browser a window may pop-up to notify you that you are entering this safe area.
Once you have placed your order, payment will be taken immediately. This applies for pre-ordered purchases too. You will be sent an order confirmation email with a link to an order status page which you can use to track the status of your order. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email when the items are with the courier and tracking links if they are available. To protect cardholders, your bank may request that you are screened using 3D Secure and by an independent fraud prevention service. If your payment fails we will send you an automatic email with a link for you to make payment. We may also contact you by phone to take payment or for additional security purposes. If we don’t receive payment within 7 days of the order then we reserve the right to cancel the order.
Please note that we cannot guarantee the security of data which you send us by email. Accordingly please do not send us payment information using email. Please see our Terms and Conditions for full details.
