I didn't receive all of my parcels, what should I do?
We aim to deliver all your parcels at the same time but sometimes the courier service is not able to do this and a partial delivery is completed.
Tracking
If this happens then please check your tracking information, which will show you which parcels are still outstanding and provide you with an estimated delivery date.
Partial Delivery
Usually, a partial delivery is completed the next working day. However, if you are unsure or this hasn't happened, please reach out to our Customer Service team via our Customer Service Support page.
