What does "wiring fault" mean on the automatic door display?

A Wiring Fault message may suggest an issue with the cable between the control panel and the door. Follow the steps below to diagnose the issue.

  • Inspect the cable for any signs of damage and wear. If the cable is damaged, please contact us for a replacement
  • Unscrew the back of the Control Panel, disconnect the door cable, and reconnect it. Try to open/close the door to see if this has resolved the issue
  • Factory reset the control panel, and then recalibrate the door
